19th Century Oil On Canvas Portrait, French Signed And Dated 1877

Stunning 19th century portrait of an unknown French female, original plaster frame and lovely detail to the portrait. the frame could best be described as shabby chic and is priced appropriately. There is historical restoration to the canvas and a small hole at the top left (see Pictures) historical signs of wood worm in the rear of the frame but has been treated as a precaution. There is a visible signature the artist however is unknown as it was most likely done by a itinerant or studio portraitist.
